As the founder and lead UX strategist, I built Great Zont from concept to launch. This included the full brand system, service model, sales collateral, and digital experience. I applied product thinking to simplify a complex and often predatory industry into a trustworthy, approachable offering.
One of my key contributions was designing the visibility rating system—a 1 to 5 scale used to audit businesses and show their current performance across platforms. This framework allows for quick benchmarking and sets the foundation for every client’s improvement journey. I also created the visual identity and user flows to support a seamless onboarding process, from the initial audit to active optimization.
In addition, I wrote and structured a full suite of client-facing tools, including Loom video scripts, outreach copy, and post-sale workflows—ensuring a consistent, human voice that speaks directly to overwhelmed business owners. My goal was to make every interaction feel clear, actionable, and confidence-boosting.
The outcome is a fully operational subscription service that translates complex SEO strategy into something tangible and results-driven. Great Zont doesn’t just make businesses more visible—it gives them a path to digital confidence, one map at a time.
